More info on Karl Rove getting caught presenting a forged Cook County ballot to Ted Koppel on Nightline, claiming it to be from Jesse Jackson, Jr.'s Chicago congressional race, (from the official ABC transcripts):

Now, also, in addition to that, is this same butterfly ballot, similar--very much similar to the format being used in--in Florida, is also used in the other races in Cook County, including the race for the congressional district seat now held by Jesse Jackson Jr. I saw Reverend Jackson on television today decrying the use of the butterfly ballot in Florida. I've never heard him decry the use of it in Chicago elections, or Cook County elections in which his son was on the ballot and which his son won.

TED KOPPEL Now, in point of fact, it turns out that that is not true. We checked with Cook County in Illinois, and they have not used the butterfly ballot for that election. And indeed we checked back with the Bush campaign, and their response was that they had received bad information.
